TAICHI & QIGONG CLASSES
When you join one of our classes in DaoYin TaiJiQuan and ShaoLin QiGong you’ll learn an ancient methodology of movement which has been passed down and practiced for more than 2200 years and has been shown to improve your health in a multitude of ways.
Over the centuries, many practitioners have dedicated their entire lives to researching how to enhance their health. Our classes help you understand and put into practice the 13 essences of TaiJiQuan to create movements which stimulate the 31 pairs of spinal nerves and gently massage the internal organs. These movements strengthen and improve the flow of blood and energy throughout the whole body.
The hormones your body releases during practice will make you feel energised, calm, balanced and alive.
As the old Chinese saying,
‘if the golden pillar falls, all of heaven will fall’. Where the ‘golden pillar’ is the spine and ‘heaven’ is your health, you’ll clearly understand the importance of the detailed movements of TaiChi in maintaining your overall health.
Our regular offline classes are 90 minute, sessions are €10 each
